Police in Saudi Arabia are investigating a shooting on 26 May 2020, that left six dead in Assir, a region close to the Yemeni border.
Authorities said they were searching for some of the suspects. Three Saudis were also injured and taken to hospital.
Assir police spokesman Lt Col Zaid Muhammad Al Dabbash said the victims were in their 30s and 40s. He added that the weapon had been seized by police and that “procedures are being completed to arrest the rest of the accused and transfer the case to the attorney general.
No further details on the nature of the incident, which happened in Al Amwah, have yet been provided.
